Before you enquire
What is your minimum order?
最低起訂量是多少？
It varies by category and is stated on the quotation. Garments and toys carry a higher MOQ than accessories or general merchandise.
Do you supply samples?
是否提供樣品？
Yes. Samples are quoted separately and no bulk production starts until the sample is approved in writing.
Who handles testing and certification?
檢測與認證由誰負責？
We arrange it. Requirements for the destination market are agreed at quotation stage and the cost is shown as a separate line.
Can several categories ship together?
不同品類能否併櫃出運？
Yes. Mixed consignments across our five categories are consolidated into one shipment and one invoice.
What payment terms do you offer?
付款條件如何？
T/T with a deposit against order confirmation, or letter of credit on larger programmes. Terms are agreed per order.
Can you produce to our own design?
能否按我們的設計生產？
Yes. Provide the tech pack or samples and we will source a factory able to hold the spec.
