What is your minimum order?
最低起訂量是多少？
It varies by category and is stated on the quotation. Garments and toys carry a higher MOQ than accessories or general merchandise.
Do you supply samples?

Yes. Samples are quoted separately and no bulk production starts until the sample is approved in writing.
Who handles testing and certification?
檢測與認證由誰負責？
We arrange it. Requirements for the destination market are agreed at quotation stage and the cost is shown as a separate line.
Can several categories ship together?
不同品類能否併櫃出運？
Yes. Mixed consignments across our five categories are consolidated into one shipment on one file.
How long does a typical order take?
一張訂單通常需要多久？
Lead time depends on the category and the quantity. It is confirmed in writing at quotation stage and tracked against that date.
Can you produce to our own design?
能否按我們的設計生產？
Yes. Provide the tech pack or samples and we will source a factory able to hold the spec.
